We have a fairly old, and very complex system and needed someone who understood what to do to recode it to make it serviceable. The crew from Colonnade spent a fair amount of time and were successful in putting it in working order. The only "charge" was our signing on to their monitoring, which was my intent anyway. Everyone else I contacted just wanted to sell us an entire new system. Also, I love working with a local company. I would recommend Colonnade to anyone asking for a recommendation.
