After we redid our home's windows, we needed to redo our security system. Telus was a nightmare to even chat with and so got quotes from 3 local security companies. Carl encouraged us to try to reuse as much of our current infrastructure as possible which clipped 25% off the next lowest bid. Jonathan came in within a week to install everything and was extremely professional and personable. A great experience and I definitely feel confident our alarm monitoring is in good easy to reach if we ever need to hands.
